This course gives you the opportunity to master the skills of Baking and Pastry Production in our
modern and industry standard pastry kitchen. Work with our Pastry Master Chef and learn the core
competencies of preparing bread and pastry products, decorating techniques, packaging methods,
kitchen management and guest services.
You have to complete one year of education of Certificate Entrepreneur Accreditation.
